Subject: Now Hiring: Warehouse Workers in Breinigsville, PA - $20/hr
Adecco is now hiring Warehouse Workers (Picker/Packer) for one of our clients in Breinigsville, PA.
Pay: $20 per hour
Shift and Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6:30pm
Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity

Responsibilities: - Prepare boxes for line usage and packing.
- Process incoming shipments, including unloading trucks, palletizing products, confirming accuracy against packing lists, and warehousing to assigned locations.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Report issues to lead or supervisor and assist in investigations.
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Operate various material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.
- Participate in team meetings and improvement projects.
- Mentor and train new associates as needed.
- Follow procedures and suggest clarifications.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Requirements: - Strong, stable work history with a focus on long-term commitments (frequent job changes are discouraged).
- Daily attendance without exceptions.
- Ability to follow directions accurately.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar warehouse setting (picking, packing, shipping/receiving).

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
