Team Lead - Construction Account Executive, Commercial Lines

$150-200K + Bonus
Candidate will be responsible for managing a team as well as serve as lead account manager for a $10M+ Construction book.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day account management including handling of policies, endorsements, COI s, auto ID cards, invoicing and loss analysis.
- Participate in client visits to help build and maintain relationships.
- Build and expand relationships with carrier partners.
- Work with producer and account managers throughout renewal process, obtaining updated information and negotiating renewal pricing.
- Manage a small team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as an account manager/account executive at an insurance agency/broker.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and with expertise in Construction accounts.
- Must have active Property & Casualty Broker s License.
- Insurance designations highly preferred.
