Meridian Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as **Customer Service Rep**.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Provide customer support to all existing and new customers
* Pulling orders out of Builder Portals
* Ordering material as needed
* Help with Stucco entry
* Assist Salesmen with quantity
* Order receipt and entry into Oracle system.
* Helping customers in showroom
* General office work
**EDUCATION:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Undergraduate degree preferred
**WORK EXPERIENCE:**
* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
* Inside sales
* Knowledge of Brick Sales or building materials preferred
* Oracle experience is a plus
**SKILLS REQUIRED:**
* Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers)
* Excellent computer Skills/ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
* Able to work flexible hours as required
