Duties and Responsibilities

* Handle high volume inbound calls.

* Assist customers with any product related inquiries.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Utilize appropriate CRM databases to complete customer and order data entry.

* Maintain detailed and organized records and reports.

* Understand products/services in order to upsell packages.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree.

* 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

* Clear written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work within a team environment.
