**Role Summary:**
The Delivery Driver safely verifies, loads (if required) and delivers fresh food including sandwiches, milk, bread, bakery and other items to convenience stores on a designated route. The delivery driver is also responsible for following all DOT, HACCP, FESMA regulations as well as following OBC standards. Drivers work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. This is an overnight position.
**Essentials Competencies of the Role:**
- Accurately deliver fresh foods to customer, on time and within delivery specifications
- Keep products within proper HACCP guidelines at all times
- Drive safely, data entry of accurate OBC (on board computer) delivery information and DOT logs
- Good housekeeping practices including clean truck and keep all areas free of trash and dirt
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete all safety related training, both monthly and quarterly online training.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Valid Class C license (A or B where applicable)
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
- Pass criminal background and MVR (No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years),
- 21 years of age
- Must be able to operate hand held tablet, cell phone, and electric pallet jack (where applicable)
- Must be able to read , write, and speak basic English
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 6 months previous driving experience.
- Previous customer service experience preferred
**Physical Demands and work Environment:**
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to push / pull 250 lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
