Baytown, TX Area**
Petroleum Service Corporation (PSC) has an exciting new opportunity for a Vacuum Truck Driver / Operator to join our team and work inside of manufacturing facilities in the Baytown, TX area. We are now hiring an **experienced CDL driver** who will be responsible for operating a state of the art, reliable vacuum truck and other heavy equipment. This is a full-time, essential position. As we launch this new business, PSC is a partner of the Plastics Industry Associations Operation Clean Sweep program. We are now providing sustainability and recycling programs to help plastic resin manufacturers protect the environment by reducing and eliminating pellet, flake and powder loss.
**Work Schedule:** 8-12 Hour Rotating Shifts (On-Call as needed)
**Pay Range:** $21.00 - $24.00 an hour
**Job Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Drives vacuum truck and other assets to and from customer work sites
* Operates and maintains vacuum truck, trailer transfer units, and roll off trucks safely and efficiently
* Ensures equipment is in compliance with safe work practices, policies and procedures
* Leads a small crew in safe and effective service responsibilities
* Possesses working knowledge of modern vacuum truck equipment
* Works with sumps, drains, trenches, reactors and silos, in potential confined spaces
* Fills out paperwork and communicates effectively with customer representative
* Follows local and federal DOT Regulations while operating machinery/vehicles
* Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
**Job Qualifications:**
* Must possess a Valid CDL License & TWIC Card
* Must be able to pass DOT Physical & Hair Follicle drug screen
* 2 or more years' driving experience with an incident free driving record is required
* 1 or more years' operating / driving a vacuum truck is a plus
* Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious at all times
* 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
* Stable work history with good references from past employers
* Pass a background check
* Speak fluent English
* PSC is a veteran-friendly. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

**Physical Requirements:**
You must be able to:
* Speak, write, read, hear, and have good vision
* Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
* Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
* Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
* Lift 60 pounds floor to waist
* Push and pull 30 pounds horizontally
* Carry 20 pounds while walking
* Climb stairs and ladders
* Stand 8-12 hours per day
* Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting
