JCW is partnering with a leading investment management firm that's looking to build out their Marketing Compliance team. An ideal candidate will have prior experience reviewing marketing materials for FINRA/SEC compliance and will be Series 7 and 24 certified.
Day-to-day you will:
- Review and approve marketing/advertising materials.
- Assist with policies and procedures.
- Advise on FINRA/SEC rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Have experience reviewing marketing materials for FINRA/SEC compliance.
- MUST have active FINRA series 7, 24, and 63.
- Are highly motivated and a self starter.
