What ?
This role will be a strategic business partner who supports and drives the timely and accurate recording and reporting of information to support business-critical decisions and meet required deadlines. They will oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxes, and Controller responsibilities for the entire Company.
Who ?
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field.
- Actively licensed CPA
- Minimum 10 years of progressive with previous Controller experience, required.
- M&A experience
- Strong GAAP foundation and working knowledge
