Job Details

Under the supervision of the Director of Security, operates a Meridian I Telephone System console, performs duties for a 24-hour answering service, paging system, and emergency response center. Carries out general clerical duties. Provides exceptional customer service in a couteous and professional manner. Greets customers consistent with Healing Environment standards. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Minimum: High School Education Preferred: Business or Office assistant degree LICENSE: PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: WORK EXPERIENCE: Preferred: Experience as a switchboard operator SKILLS: Minimum: Requires a sensitive and reassuring approach to patients. Demonstrated ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner, handle confidential information with discretion.
