Care Professional Weekends (Caregiver)

Job Description:
As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our clients in their homes. You will assist with a variety of daily tasks and activities to ensure our clients' comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing or showering
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia
- Assist with toileting and incontinence care
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments or outings
- Prepare meals according to clients' dietary needs
- Assist with dressing and grooming as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred but not required
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
