**Responsibilities**
* Cleans the cooking areas, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen as necessary.
* Washes and sorts flatware, serving dishes, china, and glasses.
* Operates dishwashing machine. Locates stock and delivers items to their destination upon request.
* Ensures incoming deliveries are accurate and stocks supply room with new goods.
