Allways Precision LLC has an excellent career opportunity for an Industrial Painter. The painter will need to prepare all surfaces and paint machines and mating components. We are looking for a highly motivated applicant who wants to join our very talented growing team.
Responsibilities
- Mix batches of paint to be sprayed, Primer, Paint, Reducer, Hardener.
- Mix and apply bondo / filler to refurbish the surface to be painted.
- Prepare surfaces of industrial machines, guards, plates, weldments, castings, etc. for painting.
- Use hand tools, orbital sanders, belt sanders, descalers to remove old paint or rust.
- Follow departmental procedures and guidelines.
- Work independently or collaboratively with team support.
- Treat equipment and teammates with respect.
Qualifications- 3+ years of preparing and painting industrial equipment
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast past industrial setting
