CONSTRUCTION MANAGER


Job Details

A minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Field Engineer or Quality Control Manager (QCM) -Capable of tactfully and professionally communicating (orally and in writing) NAVFAC requirements and positions, and be capable of engaging at multiple levels of authority to obtain decisive action from all affected parties, including the Construction Contractor (Contractor), Supported Commands, and other Agencies. - Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion - Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction - Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents - Collaborate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met - Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor - Provide guidance and support to construction teams throughout the project lifecycle ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (requirred) - Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficiency in project management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, Primavera, or ProCore - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
