The Military Division of Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Maintenance Technician for their Scottsbluff NE production facility. This is an agricultural co-op that spans 135,000 base acres, a Grower-Owned organization with a long family history that has been passed down for the 100 years of the companys existence.
** Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. **
* They are preferably seeking candidates with U.S. military experience. *
Experience / knowledge of Coal and Gas fired boilers with turbine powered electrical generation, grid and power distribution systems will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!
Compensation: $24.00-36.00/hr (+ OT at 1.5x hourly rate and relo)
Shift Schedules: Will start out on days while in training. Following training, may be placed on a 12-hour rotation shift:
12hr 6am-6pm/ 6pm-6am Rotating Shift (Rotates every month after days off)
4on, 3off, 3on, 4off schedule
What You Will Do:
Responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical process and packaging equipment throughout the facility (consisting of pumps, belt conveyors, scroll conveyors, chains, sprockets, fans, bearings.) Responsible for welding, cutting, setting equipment and dismantling equipment. Practice solid safety behaviors and demonstrated leadership to perform against site safety plan.
Education and Work Experience
- Maintenance/mechanical experience working with process and packaging equipment
- Basic understanding of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis
- This facility is Heavy Industrial. Working knowledge of Coal and Gas fired boilers with turbine powered electrical generation, grid and power distribution systems is highly preferred!
