Minimum Qualifications Graduation from a four-year college or university with course work including nine semester hours in programming or the candidate may substitute work experience instead of the programming course work. i.e. if the candidate has been writing reports and SQL queries as part of their work experience that can stand in for the nine semester hours of programming. If the candidates degree is not in a related field (such as Computer Information Systems, Computer Science), they must have work experience similar to this position.
