The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can multitask, operate against deadlines, and communicate well, while operating in a team environment and independently.
Responsibilities also include drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, attending court appearances, drafting/opposing motions, and conducting investigation of claims as well as providing advice and reporting to clients.
Requirements for this role:
All candidates must be current members of the CA Bar in good standing.
1 to 4 years of litigation experience.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
