Superintendent- Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Superintendent to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, demonstrating a strong track record in managing diverse projects from inception to completion.
Superintendent- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.
Superintendent- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven record of successfully managing projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
