Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Plant Manager in Elkhart Lake. This position will be a member of the strategic leadership team and will play a vital role in the companies continued growth and development.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 4:30am 2:30pm
Focus of the role
- Implement cost centers
- Budgeting
- Consolidate production scheduling
- Cap Ex progression
- Business mindset - focus on metrics, standards, processes (Six Sigma)
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management roles.
- Background in Six Sigma.
