THE JOB:The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Security Officer, you will be setting the stage for an excellent guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding the guests unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $17.50 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Patrol and monitor all areas of the property. Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees. Act as a First Responder in emergency situations. Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers. Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees. Responds to emergencies as needed. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and handcuffing techniques.
