PART-TIME MAILROOM CLERK
Location: Boston, MA 02109
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday 8 am to 2 pm, 15-20 hours/week
Duration: 6+ months
Start: 6/17/24

Responsibilities:

  • Support the incoming/outgoing and sorting of bank mail.
  • Mail includes time sensitive bank mail: checks to/from clients, contracts, urgent notices, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Admin or office support experience.
  • Team player.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and can pay close attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills for purposes of data entry.
  • Able to multitask and perform different duties simultaneously including delivering mail, collecting mail and answering questions.
  • Good communications skills to deal with the mailroom customers.
  • Familiar with mailing, UPS and FedEx shipping processes.
  • Able to lift 30-50 lb. boxes.
