We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Control Inspector to join our leading-edge scientific industry team. This role is integral to ensuring the consistency, reliability and ultimate success of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting rigorous and thorough inspections, maintaining our high standards of quality, and identifying areas for improvement. Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of all products and materials, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality testing procedures and strategies.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance the quality of final products.
- Ensure all company standards and customer expectations are met.
- Communicate findings, feedback, and recommendations to the Quality Control Manager and team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control inspection role, preferably within the scientific industry.
- Bachelors degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using quality control software and other related tools.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality control standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards within the scientific industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle physical requirements of the job, such as standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
