Responsible for staffing CNAs and/or nursing staff. Assists the DON in staffing appropriately licensed/certified employees through preparation and maintenance of daily and monthly schedules. Identifies staffing needs based on PP - Ds and staffing budget and works with employees to coordinate scheduling needs. This position will also include Medical Records and Central Supply duties. Job Qualifications Work Environment/ Physical Requirements The responsibilities of this position involve significant physical activities including standing, lifting (up to 50 pounds unassisted), bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and twisting. All employees of nursing homes may be required to provide lifting and transfer assistance to residents.
