CTG is seeking to fill a Preventive Maintenance Technician opening for our client in Baytown, TX.
Location: Baytown, TX
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
* Implement equipment trouble shooting and repairing and work out maintenance records and reports related issues to maintain operation.
* Perform preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks according to schedule.
* Execute predictive maintenance plan according to the SAP information to ensure all predictive maintenance tasks are executed in a safe and high-quality manner.
* Complete related corrective maintenance jobs during work time to maintain operation.
* Comply with HSE policy to ensure that maintenance jobs are finished under safe conditions.
* Carry out patrols and report any abnormal findings to settle troubleshooting promptly.
* Prepare maintenance activity reports and submit them to supervisor after finishing each activity for maintenance management.
* Use and maintain all tools in a proper condition for tool maintenance.
Education & Experience:
* HS Diploma or Equivalent.
* Vocational school with major in mechanical or pipefitting or PCT or equivalent qualifications with relevant work experience.
* Some work experience (1+ years) in the plant.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
