Pay
Starting at $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience. Formal step-pay program which will get you to $22.00+ per hour within the first year after successful completion of training levels.
Flexible Shift Options
- 5am-3:30pm (Monday through Friday)
- 7pm-5:30am (Monday through Friday)
- 6am-6pm (12-Hr Shift Friday-Sunday) - $4.00 per hour shift premium added to base pay
- 6pm-6am (12-Hr Shift Friday-Sunday) - $4.00 per hour shift premium added to base pay
Responsibilities Include (What you would be doing we will train)
- Performing tooling setups and tooling/product changeovers
- Monitoring product output and helping to troubleshoot issues Measuring the forged blank with the appropriate measuring equipment
- Interpreting and responding to tool wear and machine conditions to determine necessary adjustments
- Using overhead crane to load raw material onto machine
Experience and Qualifications (What you bring to us)
- High school education or equivalent
- Mechanical skills preferred
