Job Details

Darigold is seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized individual to join our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Business Partner Manager, the Customer Business Partner will be assigned to various accounts working in partnership with the Consumer Products team, internal cross functional partners, and customers. The Customer Business Partner will manage the order to delivery process for a select group of strategic accounts, and proactively lead the resolution of all issues related to customer service. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will be well organized, have a continuous improvement approach to your work, a do your best performance attitude, and the ability to solve complexities while servicing assigned accounts. Additionally, the candidate will need to possess the maturity to influence customers and teammates while not having direct management accountability, to achieve positive outcomes for the customer and for Darigold. What You Will Do

  • Create a positive relationship with assigned customers to have a deep understanding of customer performance metrics and service expectations.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to create a seamless integration of customer's and Darigold's order processing systems to ensure service results are meeting customers performance expectations.
  • Own customer order to delivery processes including product fill, transportation planning, on time/in full delivery, new item launches, and customer care exception management.
  • Independently identifies process improvement opportunities, recommends proactive solutions to service performance, executes those solutions, and effectively communicates the outcome to sales and supply chain leadership teams.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance results to customer, sales team, marketing, and supply chain leadership.
  • Participate in site visits to warehouse, plants, and customer meetings as required.
  • Create SOPs for current and new business processes and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
What You Bring:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer logistics, replenishment, or customer service
  • CPG food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Identify order management and service efficiencies using customer specific performance reporting tools.
  • Identify customer logistics process efficiencies and on-going continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions in ambiguous situations autonomously within a transformational team environment.
  • Deliver customer service expectations while maintaining focus on internal performance objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply critical thinking and analyze information.
  • Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements.
  • Work with Darigold internal systems, customers systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Must have flexibility for weekend and holiday work as needed.

  • Compensation range: $62,484.00-$93,727.00 (individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge, and skills)
