Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: 12+ month contract (High possibility for extension)
This is a part-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting and updating data into Excel spreadsheets.
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of data entries.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic files.
- Performing data quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency.
- Generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Assisting in data analysis and validation processes.
Requirements: - Proven experience in data entry using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong proficiency in Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Formulas).
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality and privacy principles.
- Previous experience in a similar data entry role.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
