Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators to senior management
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and initiatives
- Analyze manufacturing costs and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements
- Work closely with various departments, including operations, supply chain, and sales, to gather relevant data and insights
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
- 3+ years' of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Manufacturing or retail experience is preferred
- SAP experience is a plus
