**IT Support Specialist**
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the configuration, installation, and maintenance of desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, phones, and their associated software. The Specialist provides Help Desk support, as well as tracking service tickets and coordinating work requests. The Specialist maintains the inventory of equipment, licenses and Microsoft Office subscriptions. Assists with web-site maintenance and digital media/editing projects.
The IT Support Specialist works in tandem with our IT Support Specialist/Phone System Administrator. Number of Hours: 40/week Schedule: 8:00am 4:30pm
Educational Requirements: Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or other information technology related field. Prior related work experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Other: This position requires a high level of attention to detail, problem solving skills, and creativity.
