Job Details

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Make inbound/outbound calls when necessary to help customers.
  • Initiate tracers with carriers.
  • Maintain customer files.
  • Solicit sale of new or additional services.
  • Obtain customer feedback information.
  • Review customer purchase orders prior to order entry.
  • Enter customer orders in the ASI system.
  • Manage quote requests for customers in assigned territory.
  • Ability to multitask if needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions into a diagram.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent follow up skills.
  • Ability to read documents for detail.
  • Customer service experience.
