Warehouse Worker
Pride Health is hiring a Warehouse Worker for one of its clients in North Carolina.
This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.
Location Burlington, North Carolina (27215)
Pay range - $8 - $9.50 per hour.
Length of assignment 6 months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)
Shift Mon- Fri 1st shift.
Job Duties
- Warehouse Operations
- Perform daily processing of IT RMA equipment, including scanning assets, unboxing equipment, and sorting for disposal or retention.
- Assist in hard drive removal from returned PCs/Laptops/Servers as well as recording of asset/serial information into a spreadsheet.
- Assist in the preparation of returned equipment for destruction or sale.
- Receiving Operations
- Load and unload trucks with pallet jacks and/or forklifts.
- Verify counts of incoming shipments against packing slips and POs
- Receive items in the client s ERP system.
- Tag pallets and boxes with appropriate item numbers/descriptions.
- Put incoming inventory away in designated locations.
- Shipping Operations
- Pick and complete orders in scanning guns.
- Pack orders for shipment.
- Ship orders using FedEx and UPS terminals.
- Replenish stock as needed from overstock locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse such as forklift, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
