JOB SUMMARY** : Ensures guests are driven between properties in a safe, efficient and cheerful manner. Professional presentation at all times representing the Company to our guests.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

*Drives the shuttle between properties to pick up and drop off guests.

*Able to communicate with people of all levels help guests on and off shuttles, as needed.

*Responsible for ensuring shuttle is kept clean and lost & found items are given to lost & found.

*Respond to front desk requests for pick-up of guests at Wyndham locations, as well as Wilderness.

*All other duties as assigned by management.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:** N/A

**QUALIFICATIONS:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Able to sit for extended periods of time, while driving the shuttle.

Must have a valid Drivers license and ability to be covered by and maintain on an on-going basis company insurance.

Able to use hand-held radio to communicate, as needed.

Ability to respond quickly to ever-changing challenges in dealing with guests and associates, by assessing the situation and responding appropriately.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Team player able to get along well with others.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:** Six months customer service experience required. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS** :Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating procedures/instructions. Proficiency in English language is required in order to effectively communicate with guests/associates. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and other documents, as needed. Can effectively present information and respond to questions from associates and guests at all levels.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:** Driver must maintain a Tennessee Driver License with F-Endorsement.

Valid Drivers license and ability to be covered by and maintain company insurance on an on-going basis.

**REASONING ABILITY:** Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
