Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift
Opportunity Details:
- Direct Hire.
- New Haven County, CT.
- Shift Times 2:00PM to 10:30PM.
- $30 - $32 per hour on experience.
- 10% Shift Premium
- Benefits on 1st of the month, not 30 days
Job Overview: - Provide hands-on expertise in the areas of equipment installation, start-up and maintenance for all plant facilities and equipment.
- Responsible for equipment troubleshooting and repair as well as preventive and predictive maintenance programs and standards.
- Coordinate outside vendor services in support of maintenance, upkeep, repair and upgrades of machinery, buildings and operations.
Requirements: - Experience with compressed air systems, HVAC, conveyors, mixers, gear boxes, and fabrication.
- Experience with electrical instrumentation, mechanical repair, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Basic computer software use (Windows, Microsoft Office). JDE and COGZ knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work with and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
