The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a positive experience. To perform this customer service role, you need to use customer service skills. This skill set includes qualities like active listening, empathy, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and a positive attitude.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Must be competent with popular computer programs (internet, email, word, light use of excel)
  • Update CRM with basic customer information - name, contract date, etc.
  • Providing introductory information to new customers and Customer service specialists, CSS will reach out to prospects to earn new and repeat business.
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customers' questions. Ideal candidate will prioritize the customer's happiness and satisfaction, anticipate and meet their needs, and deliver the answers they're looking for (even if they haven't asked a question yet).
  • Process payments and accurately record payment receipts in CRM system
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must pass background
Education and/or Experience:
  • High school or equivalent; some college and/or experience
  • Customer Service: 1-2 years (Required)
