The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the Company's relationships with current and prospective customers. Supporting

day-to-day branch operations such as dispatching and on-boarding.

Effective communication to manage incoming/outgoing calls.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and returning phone messages in a timely manner.

Send routine information by phone, text, or email correspondence in relation to job orders, customer information or external employee requests.

Entering information into the database to create customer and employee files

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

General Knowledge of Technology.

Understanding of Google Suite & Microsoft Office programs.

Typing with accuracy and proficiency.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent Customer service skills.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
