The asphalt laborer is an key member of the paving team as we work to build better communities.
Here are some of the things you will do:
* Rake and shovel asphalt.
* Help equipment operators facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of the machines, equipment and materials.
* Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
* Dump windrows from belly and double belly trucks
* Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed

Additionally we are looking for:
* Understanding asphalt paving procedures
* Ability to learn
* Great work ethic
* Ability to stand for long periods, work in the heat, bend, lift and other physical activities
* Someone who likes working outdoors
