The Maintenance I role is in support of the Battle Creek Public School District's journey towards a World Class Infrastructure. Personnel responsible for maintenance and repair of the District's properties, including the educational buildings, supporting facilities, and equipment that work to promote the educational process and community functions. Emphasis will be on maintaining boilers, cooling systems, and plumbing systems. Experience in electronic HVAC controls and building management systems is desired. Position Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose problems and repair all boilers, circulating pumps, and equipment pertaining to both steam and hot water systems. Make recommendations for all repairs that cannot be completed in house. Install and repair steam/ hot water heat piping and equipment.
