Core Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and provide general information or direct them to the appropriate staff member for assistance
Manage a multi-line phone system, communicating with callers in a warm, helpful and professional manner
Assist customers with general questions and scheduling service appointments, both in person and over the phone, consistently delivering excellent service
Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of their scheduled services, and make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after services are complete
Assist with various clerical duties including emails, filing, etc.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience working in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus!
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite along with the ability to learn new programs
Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
High energy with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Hours and Work Environment

This is an onsite position working in the dealership showroom. Scheduled shifts can include Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 5pm. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
