Job Details

SUMMARY
Accurately and efficiently test/receive both tankers and rail bulk raw materials (oil, vinegar, eggs, etc.).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • QAS certified (testing of all incoming tankers/rails)
  • Ensures compliance with corporate standards and systems to monitor food safety, food safety culture, quality and facility cleanliness
  • Hook up/connect receiving hoses/piping properly
  • Preventative Maintenance (gaskets, seals, clamps, filters, screens, magnets)
  • CIP per Sanitation SOP's
  • Climbing of Tanker/Railcars
  • Lifting above 50lbs
  • Flexible to all 3 shifts
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Producing product free of contamination
  • Following all Ken's Foods Security and GMP policies
  • Reporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant
  • Inspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues on a continuous basis
  • Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
