SUMMARY
Accurately and efficiently test/receive both tankers and rail bulk raw materials (oil, vinegar, eggs, etc.).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- QAS certified (testing of all incoming tankers/rails)
- Ensures compliance with corporate standards and systems to monitor food safety, food safety culture, quality and facility cleanliness
- Hook up/connect receiving hoses/piping properly
- Preventative Maintenance (gaskets, seals, clamps, filters, screens, magnets)
- CIP per Sanitation SOP's
- Climbing of Tanker/Railcars
- Lifting above 50lbs
- Flexible to all 3 shifts
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES- Producing product free of contamination
- Following all Ken's Foods Security and GMP policies
- Reporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant
- Inspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues on a continuous basis
- Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
