Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialistin Amherst with a strong digital marketing background.
Major Tasks + Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, email, and traditional media to achieve strategic objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials to attract and engage target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence by creating and curating engaging content, scheduling posts, and actively interacting with followers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use this data to inform and refine marketing strategies.
- SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Hootsuite).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
