There are several concepts, over 30 restaurants they own throughout the greater Miami area in this portfolio .
Role: We are looking for a General Manager with a proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants, specifically those with over $8 million in annual sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cuban cuisine, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage a large team, providing leadership, training, and development.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant (over $8 million in sales).
- Deep knowledge and appreciation of Cuban cuisine and culture.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
