Who ?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience as a Finance Lead Knowledge of best practices for revenue, costs, organizational budgets and forecasts; Ability to establish operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis Previous experience updating, drafting, and implementing new policies and procedures; Exemplary history of financial project management Self starter, problem solver, able to work in changing work environments, drive change, and work both at the tactical and strategic level Experience effectively communicating data and analysis, including presentations to peers
