You'll be stepping into the role under the Associate Director of Finance and Planning, your key responsibilities will be to manage the overall financial operations and ensure maximum effectiveness.
Key duties include ensuring invoices are timely, accurate, assisting in the development of annual agency budgets, using financial models to simulate financial scenarios, and coordinating with various departments to enhance the financial health of the organization. This role requires strong leadership, time management skills, and excellent analytical abilities.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or similar fields (an MBA is preferred)
- Advanced quantitative and Excel skills
- Prior experience with grants management and/or financial planning
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
