- Schedule: 8a-5p clinic or operating room
- Job Setting: Hospital and Clinic
- Types of Cases: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in the operating room
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- Must have an active Illinois license
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
