We are seeking an experienced mortgage professional to join our team as a closing specialist

Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with closing officers, title department, and vendors to gather necessary 3rd party verifications and documentation for closing documents.
- Prepare title commitment and policies, addressing any title issues in consultation with Operations Manager.
- Review closed files for accuracy and compliance, aiming to meet branch Quality Control and audit score requirements.
- Issue checks, initiate wires, and allocate settlement fees accurately and promptly.
- Verify receipt of all funds necessary for disbursement and balance files.
Position Requirements:
- At least 2 years of mortgage experience, preferably in a closing position.
- Proven reliability in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and time management in a task-focused capacity.
