The ideal candidate for this role will be a compassionate caregiver with prior healthcare administrative and customer service experience gained while working face-to-face in a clinical healthcare setting such as a high-volume provider office or hospital. The scope of the role encompasses aspects of billing and payment collections at time of service or in advance of care.Opportunities are available in Coral Springs and Parkland locations with Monday - Friday dayshift schedules and an 11:00a - 7:30p shift in Coral Springs. All positions are contract, fulltime, onsite in a healthcare facility with a contract-to-hire option.Requirements:
- Compassionate caregiver mindset
- COVID and flu vaccine or approved medical or religious exemption
- 1+ year of healthcare administrative and customer service experience in a direct patient care facility
- Functional knowledge of software like Epic or e-ClinicalWorks and common Office products
- Prior knowledge of health insurance
- Agile, independent multi-tasker comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Parkland location prefers call center experience due to high volume multi-provider phone lines
