JOB DETAILS: RATIOS: 1:5-6 ( 5-6 patients per RN max) Average Daily Census: 28 2-3 CNA's available for support SHIFT: *36 HOURS ONLY. 12 HR NIGHTS RTO: 7 days MAX Float Requirement: *WILL REQUIRE FLOATING as needed within the service line, including but not limited to the following med surg units: *Pulmonary unit, *Neuro Medical unit, *Neurovascular Surgical unit, *Hematology/Oncology unit where they will take the general hematology/medical patients, *GI/Renal, *General Surgery Trauma unit, *Orthopedic Surgical unit. Weekend Requirement: *Weekend Requirements: 3 weekends every 6 weeks, total of 6 weekend shifts between Saturday and Sundays. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: 95% of our patients either have a stroke or Seizures or some form of Neurological deficit. Primary stroke, epilepsy monitoring area, all neuroscience focus. SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Role will NOT include floating to any COVID areas UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR. SCHEDULING TYPE: Made to Balance Per the Units UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 Hours SCRUBS: Navy Blue and White any combination INTERNAL NOTES Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for, this specialty
