Job Details

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate Lead to join our team. The Warehouse Associate Lead will be responsible for overseeing a small team of 4-5 associates and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities:

? Lead and supervise a team of 4-5 warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.
? Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
? Receive incoming shipments, inspecting them for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
? Conduct quality control checks on inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that products meet the required standards.
? Lead a small team in case pick and each pick order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations
? Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory control and shipping, to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
? Utilize warehouse management systems and bar code scanning software to track inventory and perform necessary transactions.
? Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
? Provide regular reports and updates on warehouse activities, including productivity, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns.
? Train new associates on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Requirements:

? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Stand-up and sit-down forklift certified.
? Proven experience in receiving shipments, conducting quality control checks, and order fulfillment.
? Experience leading a small team of warehouse associates.
? General knowledge of Excel and ability to work with spreadsheets.
? Familiarity with warehouse management systems and bar code scanning software preferred.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory management.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
? Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
