Job Details

Implements the procedures and tasks of building management as outlined in Silvercrest Operating Procedures Manual and Salvation Army policies. Responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual schedule of work in the areas of property inspection and preventive maintenance, tenant certification and recertification, vendor selection and small contracting, unit turn-over and re-leasing, building and grounds safety, property appearance, staff training and evaluation. Responsible for direct day to day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security and maintenance. Maintains standard Silvercrest Office Hours, provides availability for after-hour emergencies and participates in on-call responsibilities. Maintains complete and accurate property and resident files and records. Communicates and coordinates regularly with local Salvation Army officers.
