**Description**
We are seeking Boat Cleaners who are motivated self-starters, dependable, have a positive attitude and possess good communication skills. A flexible schedule is a must.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Cleaning common areas (restrooms, offices, dining areas, hallways) including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, emptying trash, etc.
* Assist with maintaining inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies
* Solve basic repairs
* Comply with safety practices, policies, and procedures
* Additional job duties assigned
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* 1 year minimum experience in Cleaning and Maintenance is helpful
* Knowledge of power tools
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
