Compensation: $17 - $23 per hour
Bonney Staffing is hiring for a variety of Office Assistant opportunities in the greater Lewiston/Auburn area! Responsibilities could vary from managing multi-line phones and scheduling to accounting tasks.Other duties may include customer service, maintaining and gathering documentation, and all other office operation tasks as needed.These are full-time, 1st shift openings!
Office Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills and knowledge
- Ability to work in an office environment with sitting and standing involved
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong ability to provide excellent and compassionate customer service to all
- Compassion for people of all backgrounds
- Accounting experience preferred but not required depending on the opportunity
Office Assistant Required Skills: 1+ years of Customer Service experience
1+ years of Office experience
Word and Excel Experience
The ability to work independently with little to no direction
Office Assistant Details: - Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday
- Pay Rate: $17-$22/hr
- Start Date: ASAP
